CREDITED BY CIDB.
A contractor registered with CIDB has to keep earning CCD points every year to renew that registration. The latest credit came from taking part in the Department of Statistics Malaysia's construction survey for the first quarter of 2026.

Who is Unique Ideal Group?
Unique Ideal Group is the parent brand of three companies based in Johor Bahru: Unique Ideal Interior & Construction Sdn Bhd, established on 5 August 2011, which carries out interior renovation, construction and civil and structural work; Unique Ideal Resources Sdn Bhd, which supplies site manpower; and Godori Resources Sdn Bhd, which operates the Godori Office co-working spaces.
Where is Unique Ideal based, and which areas do you serve?
The office is at No. 19-1, Block C, Permas Mall, No. 3, Jalan Permas Utara, Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, 81750 Masai, Johor. Recorded projects are in Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, Permas Jaya, Senai, Iskandar Puteri, Tanjung Pelepas, Kulai and Pengerang, and projects elsewhere in Malaysia are taken on from the Johor Bahru office.
What kinds of buildings do you work on?
Factories and industrial plants, airports and transport facilities, hotels and resorts, civil and road works, and residential houses and bungalows, for industrial, commercial, institutional and private clients.
What size of project do you take on?
Recorded project values range from approximately RM 300,000 to RM 13 million, from single-trade refurbishments to design-and-build factories and civil and structural packages.
Is Unique Ideal registered with CIDB and the Ministry of Finance?
Yes. Unique Ideal Interior & Construction Sdn Bhd holds a Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) contractor registration and a Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia (Ministry of Finance) registration, the prerequisite for Malaysian government work, and is on the SME Corp register. Site staff hold NIOSH Safety Passports, including the Oil & Gas Safety Passport required at the petrochemical plants at Pasir Gudang and Tanjung Langsat.
Do you offer design and build?
Yes. Design concept and visualization, details design and specification, and space planning are carried out in-house, and the same contract then covers construction, mechanical and electrical services and project management, so one team is accountable from drawing to handover.
Can you supply site manpower as well as build?
Yes. Unique Ideal Resources Sdn Bhd, the group's manpower arm, supplies skilled site manpower to other companies' projects, including foreign workers.
